Pheasant Ridge offers Cabins, Cottages, and Log Cabins. These units are available on secluded lots that Park Models and RV units cannot access.

Pricing is comparable to the Park Models but can be designed with taller lofts and basements.  Cost of units for 2008 is $125 per square foot with 400 sq. ft. per floor maximum. We can also add a 300 sq. ft. covered deck, giving your family a wonderful weekend retreat! These retreats have unprecedented lot sizes of 1 to 3 acres with some overlooking scenic hills, valleys and waterways.

These Cabin units are offered as a lease to own. You design the Cabin with our architect and builder to secure your finished price (above sq. foot price is an estimate of units in the past).  Once you have reached your cabin price we require 20% down.  Set your lease payments at 10, 15, or 20 year amortization to help keep your unit affordable.  These cabins can be leased with interior unfinished for as low as $55 sq.ft. You can then finish the interior yourself and create your own equity (call for details).

Tapper Cottage
This is a great start up cottage for the family that is tired of the tent or small camper unit. This cottage has its own private hidden lot.  It is a one room unit, with small loft, basic electric installed, and water to site. There is a flip down single bunk and a convertible double dinette for sleeping.  It has a covered front porch, along with a covered patio area.  The Cottage itself is 10 x 16, with the added Covered Patio of another 10 x 16. 

Tapper Cottage is small & secure and incredibly affordable!  This private lot allows the family plenty of room for gardens, horseshoes pits, aqua-scape, BBQ, or even an above ground pool!

Come and go with confidence that your site will always be ready without the packing & unpacking of campers, or the set-up of tents & pop-up units.  Enjoy the outdoors come rain or shine with the covered patio for cookouts & relaxing.  This unit can be heated or cooled just as easily as your small pop-up camper!

The Meadow has a large lot with a private pond (pond coming in ’08).  This cabin is in a very secluded valley, surrounded by woods & nature.  It has a large area for enjoying a campfire with your family and for outdoor grilling.  It has easy access year round, and has fulltime 4 season water.

Greenlee Cottage
This cottage is 12 x 24 with a 4 x 10 full bath (32” One Piece Shower & marine toilet).
The interior is still under finish construction, so it can now be finished to your specifications.  The cottage has a full 24 x 12 covered patio, which overlooks one of our largest lots (over 3 acres)!  From the patio you can look down over 3 ponds, and long running valleys with beautiful hillsides full of deer and wildlife!

This site has its own parking area for your vehicle, as well as a second drive for your golf cart to access the trail system (here you can head out to meet your friends at the Boathouse for horseshoes, volleyball, swimming, chipping at the green or a cool beverage!)!  Even though the site has great views, it is still very private due to the extreme elevation.  The site has a landscaped area for a fire ring, and a separate hiking trail down to the main trail system.  Full mature trees help this cottage stay shaded & cool.
